Contact Washers are narrowly molded lock washers framed with a ribbed top surface. The cone-shaped shape applies to lock power 360° around the underside of the screw head or nut. The ribbed top surface further upgrades the locking power and opposes the torque clasp association potential for releasing under strain and vibration. Contact Washers are produced using high carbon spring steel or hardened steel.

They are made in an assortment of ID, OD, and Thickness blend to suit different applications. The washers are delivered as per French National Standard NFE 25-511 and Siemens SN 70093. Contact Washers can be requested with either a plain smooth bearing surface or with points for establishing purposes when mounting surfaces are painted or covered.

Contact Washers are conical shaped lock washers formed with a ribbed top surface. The conical shape exerts locking force 360° around the underside of the screw head or nut.

The washers are delivered as per Siemens SN 70093. Suggested for electrical contact clasp.
